Three-year-old Oskar can stand on his own for the first time in his life! Since he was born, he was carried around on his mothers back, leading to muscle weakness and too elastic joints. This hindered him from learning to walk or sit on his own. 

Our helper Juanma and our women from the tailoring crafted a special seat for the child. It's a humble but important intervention in Oskars' and his mother's life. 

Oskar is beaming from his new chair pretending he owns a car which is lovely to watch!
