OUR VISION

To become healthy by returning to one's own inner strengths, as well as changing awareness and activating self-healing powers. To help people with limited resources in good time and to counteract potential illnesses by integrating conventional medicine and naturopathy.

OUR MISSION

We see ourselves as a center in which preventive medical education and treatment strategies, as well as comprehensive naturopathic services, create a field of healing for those people in Tanzania who cannot afford it. The holistic approach can be integrated into the healthcare system and medical staff can be trained in it. In our new preventive medicine clinic, we combine conventional medical screening and diagnostics with naturopathic therapies. The preventive medicine clinic consists of a laboratory, an ultrasound unit, a gynecology unit, an ophthalmology unit, a wound care unit and a dental unit. We care for people seeking help not only from the immediate vicinity, but also from remote areas. Medical education and training seminars in the clinic, in schools and in the village communities create health awareness among people - young and old. We reach around 12,000 patients every year. For example, we need €12 for a free diagnosis and treatment in our clinic for families who would otherwise not be able to afford to visit a medical unit.
