It had to be the destiny of the acacia tree growing near the operation theatre to be more than "just" a tree. The tree is not only carrying Christmas decoration but is also used as drying place for dust bins, it occasionally carries a patients clothing to dry, sometimes its holding a patients handbag to keep a better eye on it for them...

Every tree is extremely precious here - this tree is thankfully big enough to not be eaten by goats. The next hazard are giraffes - even though the acacia tree owns long thorns giraffes still adore the tree and especially the leaves of course.
